A café with 140 outdoor and 80 indoor seats, plus a farm shop, catering and to-go production - in the Café und Wein in Heilbronn many delicious things are produced every day - so lots of dishes and cooking equipment are being used. With the #TWO-LEVEL-WASHER this large number of different items can be cleaned without any problems - and twice as fast as with a conventional hood-type dishwasher.
