One of the most renowned cooking competitions in the German-speaking world will be supported this year by the world market leader in commercial warewashing technology as a sponsor. In addition, HOBART is providing a dishwasher as a special prize for one of the 16 participants in the competition.
“We support this competition because we are enthusiastic about great cooking performance and because perfect warewashing technology is essential in the kitchen workflow. We also want to encourage talented chefs and promote innovation in the kitchen,” explains Markus Bau, Director Food Service. HOBART will be joining both in the semi-finals at the end of May and in the grand finale in autumn. Both events will be streamed live.
