Innovations of the market leader combine efficiency and ecology

Be the first to see the best – and come to the HOBART booth at the Hostelco. At the trade show in Barcelona the company from Offenburg will be presenting the new generation of PREMAX and PROFI models of its hood-type and utensil washer range. The machines work even more efficient, economical, and environmental friendly. They strongly emphasize HOBART’s position as innovation leader in commercial warewashing.

From small glasswashers for bars and pubs to automatic warewash systems, HOBART always offers perfect solutions with best wash results, lowest consumption and intelligent technologies.

HOBART'S innovative hood-type dishwashers provide first-class technology. In respect of the fresh water consumption, the PREMAX models are the economically most efficient hood-type dishwashers worldwide.
The PREMAX AUP provides constantly perfect wash results thanks to its revolutionary PERMANENT-CLEAN automatic soil removal. This novel system makes pre-wash superfluous and reduces the operator's workload considerably.

The HOBART hood-type dishwashers are the ideal solution above all for catering businesses, restaurants and hotels that have to deal with huge loads of wash ware on a regular basis.

Also for the new utensil washers, economy and efficiency are the trump cards. An optional available heat recovery can save up to 6,530 kWh per year. As all technical components are enclosed in the housing, cleaning beneath the machine is particularly easy. Optionally, installation on a base is possible as well.
The level of soil in the tank is permanently monitored and the regeneration of the wash water is automatically increased during the washing process, if necessary. The programme status is immediately visible on the display of the VISIOTRONIC control, and the programme can be adjusted at any time.

For cleaning, the wash and rinse arms can be removed and installed quickly and without any tools by means of the innovative CLIP-IN system. Specifically for butchers' shops, the HOBART utensil washers are available with a Low-Temp wash programme which prevents the coagulation of blood and protein in the dishwasher.

With its new utensil washers, HOBART is true to its concept of sustainability: simplifying business processes, reducing the costs, and protecting the environment. The expert visitors at the Internorga will be one of the first to get an impression of the innovations presented by the world market leader for commercial warewashing.
