The Olympics in the world of catering technology: In the warewashing discipline, HOBART once more reached the top position. In making their assessment, the jury, consisting of 300 decision-makers from the catering industry, paid attention to innovation, user benefit, economy and efficiency and congratulated the company from Offenburg.
Year after year, HOBART faces up to the verdict of experienced jurors with its dishwashing concepts. This year, the flight-type dishwashers PREMAX FTPi and PROFI FTNi entered the race for the best solutions for canteens, university refectories, hospital kitchens & so forth. And once more, the company has taken gold. Just like in 2015, when the PREMAX hood-type dishwasher took on the competition. With that, the industry favourite once more confirmed its leading market position with innovative technology that is optimally designed for the needs of commercial kitchens.
Triple unique worldwide
AUTO-CLEAN self cleaning system, twinLINE dishwashing organising system and SENSOTRONIC washing intelligence are technical equipment concepts, partly optional, which render the flight-type dishwashers PREMAX FTPi and PROFI FTNi so unique and efficient. The new AUTO-CLEAN self cleaning system provides for a clean interior with special cleaning nozzles. With that, elaborate manual cleaning tasks are a thing of the past. Also new: The twinLINE dishwashing organising system. With its innovative relation between space requirement and economy, it creates the requirement for large amounts of wash ware to be handled in no time at all. The further optimised SENSOTRONIC washing intelligence independently recognises the type of wash ware and automatically adapts the wash and rinse parameters. In addition, the system check provides for a permanent checking of the pump, thus guaranteeing a maximum of operational reliability.
Convincing efficiency concept
Apart from easy handling, control and checking, the new HOBART efficiency concept guarantees a reduction of operating costs, a minimisation of energy losses as well as a lowering of the exhaust air volume. This is achieved by the cleaning, exhaust air and drying management that aims at economy and ecology.
