Offenburg – Once again, HOBART comes in first in the warewashing industry: At the Internorga 2017 in Hamburg, the leading trade show for the catering sector in Germany, the top performers for the sector were selected. Also this year, HOBART GmbH was the clear winner in the field of warewashing: The provider of warewashing, cooking, food preparation, and waste technology equipment was awarded the renowned readers' award "Best of Market" for the sixth time after 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2016.

Expert jury goes for quality, service, and excellent price-performance ratio
The jury is made up of renowned chefs, operative directors, or owners of catering establishments. Based on their actual experience with the products and services, end customers rated 800 companies from the sector, divided in 20 product categories, relating to the assessment criteria quality, service, and price-performance ratio. The companies were rated by more than 1,000 readers of the trade journals "GVmanager", "first class", "24 Stunden Gastlichkeit" and the "street FOODbusiness" magazine of B&L Mediengesellschaft.
This award, which is based on a large number of participants filling in extensive questionnaires to describe their experiences with the manufacturers' products and services, is considered a meaningful judgment in the industry. It was given first in 2010 for communal catering as "GV-Manager's Best" before it was extended to the entire catering sector over the following years.
