The UXTH series is the optimal cleaning system to clean components in small quantities.
Description
The UXTH series is the optimal cleaning system to clean components in small quantities. The chamber cleaning system permits oils, greases, chips and emulsions to be cleaned off components.
- Ergonomic handling with supply and unloading tables next to the system

- Exhaust energy storage: the fully enclosed 4-sided hood keeps steam and energy inside the system: energy saving up to 5 kW; less humidity in the room and better hygienic conditions
- ROTOR-X wash system: separate rotating upper and lower 4-spoke wash arms deliver dynamic wash power
- VISIOTRONIC control: single button control with remaining time indicator together with text and graphic display
- POWER wash: high-pressure washing to wash heavily soiled wash items
- Easy machine start: the machine starts automatically when the hood is closed

*Thermostop guarantees required temperatures with cold water connection, the actual cycle times extend accordingly. For machine protection the water hardness should not exceed 3°dH, if higher we recommend using a water softener of the product line HYDROLINE PROTECT.

Waste-water-free operation of the cleaning system due to an external tank with oil separator and extension of the bath service life with filtration and water treatment. - Osmosis system
Minerals and salts are removed from the water to provide stainless cleaning results. - Water treatment
The treatment of the cleaning medium leads to maximizing the bath life and thus to reducing your operating costs. The type of treatment is adapted individually to the requirements on site. - Bottom tray according to WHG
The bottom tray is used to collect the cleaning medium in the event of a leak in the wash tank. It is offered as an option. The bottom trays satisf the requirements of the German Water Resources Law (WHG).
