Offenburg – In early March 2008, HOBART manufactured the first hood-type dishwasher of the PREMAX and PROFI line – today, the 50,000th machine rolls off the assembly line. Besides various basic models, HOBART offers a wide choice of PREMAX and PROFI machines which have been enhanced with many innovations and new features during the nine-year success story. Over the course of time, the hood-type dishwasher became the flagship in the small-machines segment; in the catering and hotel trade segment, it became the innovation leader.

Excellent wash result with low water consumption
Low water consumption and short cycle times are important factors to reduce costs and save time. While ten years ago, a hood-type dishwasher used to consume an average of 3.2 litres per wash cycle, HOBART machines nowadays deliver excellent wash results with only 1.4 litres, which is the absolute top value on the market.
