Offenburg – HOBART, the world market leader for commercial warewashing technology, is the winner of the "Catering Star" gold award. Representatives of the catering industry have conferred this coveted accolade on the most recent CP/CN-series rack-type dishwasher generation. The conveyor dishwasher, with its PREMAX and PROFI models available since autumn 2017, boasts more efficiency, improved economy, easier handling, and optimised drying results. That means less staff, reduced operating costs and a long service life.
Every year, the editorial office of the leading trade magazine "Catering Inside" asks its readers to rate recently launched products in the field of food and technology. In 2018, the gold, silver and bronze prizes had to be awarded in 27 product categories.
